How to Purchase

Please expect at least 2 weeks to receive your orders. We do not keep stocks and all our products are pre-order basis.

1. Contact us via email.
Tell us which product you are interested in along with your full name, shipping address with postal code and your phone number.

2. We will send you an invoice with the product price and the shipping fee from DHL which includes insurance.
The bank transfer charge and customs duty from your country will not be included in the invoice because it varies depending on the countries.
However, those fees will be your responsibility at the time you make the bank transfer and when you receive your product.

3. Make your payment and we will start production as soon as we verify your payment.
Verifying the payment will take about 2-3days after you make the payment. If you send us bank transfer receipt, we can start production earlier.

4. Production takes at least 10 business days.
When the product is ready, we will send you the product via DHL.
Shipping time may vary depending on the location but it usually takes 4-5days.

More about Shipping Fee

All of DUTCH LAB products are shipped via DHL and we charge the amount that is charged from DHL. Shipping fee includes insurance fee and fuel surcharge. Certain models may be charged with extra oversize price and certain countries may be charged with additional protection packing price and remote area delivery price. Such additional charges vary and are given by DHL at the moment you make inquiry.

How to Make Payment

All orders are on a prepaid basis. We will send you the invoice and you can make bank transfer. You can also make your payment via Paypal, but extra charge will be added. Any changes in shipping costs, tax, customs duties, import fees or insurance rates lies on the buyer. Your order may then be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for paying any such local sales tax or import duties arising at the delivery destination, as these are not included in the price of the products. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced directly to you from the courier or an import broker. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to placing your order.

Cancel Order

All orders are automatically cancelled in the following situations: The buyer personally cancels the order. The name of the person who ordered and the name of the person who transferred the money mismatch without any notice. The transferred sum is different from the total sum in the invoice.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Your product will be shipped via DHL with insurance. Please contact us if your product has been damaged during shipping within 1 week of your product reception. If you wish for a refund for a reason other than product defect, the customer will be charged with the round-trip delivery fee. The customer should also guarantee that the product is not-used, safely packaged in the box. Product damages and glass part damages due to the buyer’s negligent will not fall into company’s responsibility.


By the Fair Trade Commission, we give one month warranty to every client. However, damages due to the buyer’s negligent will not fall into the company’s responsibility. Purchase of extra parts and/or components follows the same purchasing process. Email us.
