Designers in Seoul Design Festival
Seung Yong Lee with Design for Dutch Coffee
The purpose of participating the festival was to get the customer response on one of Design Rangers’ trial product, CLIPEN. The response was good and we started sales since the end of May. The company started to get recognition with design hanafuda and that can be found in design select shop “Chapter 1” in Sinsa-dong. At that time, Dutch coffee tool were exhibited and now we deveolped it to a new business under the brand name “Dutch Lab”. Seoul Design Festival is not just showing the products, it’s an exhibition with real contents. It’s a good chance to start for new designers.
